I then remove it from the bluetooth profiles on my MacOS just incase the system is confused with the partition and that does not help in anyway and is still not recognised by windows. It connects to my MacOS without any issues. I can't even connect my genuine Microsoft Bluetooth mouse.
After much research and digesting multiple sources of information I am confident I have tried everything, ranging from Broadcom tests, Network Adapter amendments, Bootcamp Windows Support download and repair. My Bluetooth on Windows is also problematic. Windows seems to run fine, but it won't connect to my Virgin 5GHZ wifi, even though after doing many tests to see if my Broadcom drivers support 5GHZ, which they do as my Mac supports them all. I have recently installed Windows 10 Bootcamp on my 2016 MacBook Pro 15'.
